“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life” – Confucius
From a very early age Chryssa Panagiotopoulou was determined to do things she would love. Inspired by her own English teacher and later mentor and employer, she studied English & Greek Language and Literature at the University of Athens, Greece. She started teaching English to young learners and adults in 2002 and soon after she followed her calling for postgraduate studies in Translation at the University of Manchester, UK.
She has been working as a freelance translator, subtitler and English language teacher since 2007, and has been in the online marketing business since 2009, creating web content for e-marketing companies – and beyond – in Greece and abroad.
She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Translators, she writes articles and curates content for Rurbanlife.net and hangs out at the translation forum Translatum.gr.
